I order online and wait 30 min plus past the promised time and still have none of my order . They tell me to pull up. Then 30 min come back out and ask me what order ate you waiting on??????? Why is it sooooo difficult to get it together?? No coupons or anything offered for the poor service

unfortunately there's no option to do a negative star review but if there was I promise you this little Caesar would deserve at least -5 it's always raw the customer service is absolutely terrible and more than one occasion lie to their customers!

My experience at Little Caesars it was okay but however I do have one complaint and that was that the gentleman said the food was hot I got it home and the cheese was not even melted and it was still cold in the middle. So with that being said I do not think I will be going back to that to get another Pizza very disappointed
